About 16 months ago i bought a Maytag washer and dryer and didn't get a extended warranty because it's a Maytag. Two weeks ago the washer died. I came back and bought a Whirlpool with a 5 year warranty. It was delivered 2 days ago and it doesn't work. They had a new one on the truck to be delivered yesterday but the drivers said it was because the water was not turned on. No it was not WORKING. I spoke to 1 of the store managers last night who assured me it would be delivered today but i am not on the list. Never again will i EVER buy another product at any Lowe's.

Normally I have great experience with this store. However, after getting jerked around with another flooring place, we decided to go with Lowe's for our laminate. We placed our order on Feb 27th. Robyn and Ginger were great. We were told they had to order 10 boxes from another local store as they only had so many in store there. They should have been there within the week. As of today, 3/16, we are still waiting for 4 boxes. A toddler who gets distracted and/or falls down a lot could have "walked" the order to the store faster than they do internal delivery. Today I picked up my order, less the 4 boxes. I waited and hour and 10 minutes for them to find my order in the back. Then while loading in my car realized one box was one plank short. I went back in and tried to get that situation fixed. Customer Service girl called flooring person up (not Robyn or Ginger) to help. She made a face after she asked if it was special order and I told her some came from here and some from another store, which fanned my flame that was already lit. It spiraled out of control from there with her. After dealing with her for awhile I told them to just cancel my order and take the stuff out of my car. Jenna, I believe, stepped in and fixed the situation. Still not happy with the whole experience of flooring from Lowe's but most of the order is at my house so I guess I'm going to get it installed from them still. I would not recommend flooring from them if they have to order it from other stores unless you want to wait forever for what ever reason. Maybe the punishment for not paying their $79 delivery fee. They also never offer you any kind of compensation for don't to wait 3 weeks longer than promised.

Stood in line for 20 min at customer service. The guy at the counter when I got there was getting a 5 gallon bucket exchanged. They had to put it in the system so told him to wait. I get it. But it took literally 8 min. And the girl still couldn't figure it out. Manager walked in and out and offered no help. Poor guy just kept getting madder and madder. She helped the next person rent a carpet cleaner. All this time manager is still doing nothing. Two other people are still helping some other guy with a return. The sales clerk turns to go on break with 6 people still in line. I'm 3 back still. The guy in front of me just starts laughing. The girl decides not to take her break. Not sure why I waited. I just had a question to ask and all I could think the whole time...why didn't I go to home depot?

My last visit to Lowe's Puyallup Washington, South Hill was extremely disheartening on the lack of ANY customer service. I was in the seasonal department for 35min wanting help locating outdoor furniture that I wanted to purchase. Not a single employee would acknowledge me and refused to make eye contact even when (I) approached them. You made me feel like i was unwanted and unappreciated as a customer . I left the store and did not purchase a single item i wanted. The store lacks organization with it's seasonal stock as it's just thrown on the shelves with no concern to the labeling and price tags. I had no idea how to find what I wanted, no help, and made NO purchase. I've been a loyal customer to Lowe's but you lost a nice sale today, and I wont be back to purchase my seasonal furniture wants. Please improve or replace whats lacking at this store!

I didn't listen to all the negative remarks. And I bought my cement bricks anyways . i found the bricks all the way on the left far side all the way down then turn right and you'll see them on your left side at the bottom. They look to be very well made bricks and are very heavy you might need some help , I gave them the old karate chop and they didn't break so you know there the good bricks. I give Lowes five stars for having what I needed.
