We went in to buy a new fridge and a younger guy in appliances—I think his name was Logan—was very helpful. Our old refrigerator had been broken for a bit and with a house holding five roommates we desperately needed a new one and fast. He was very patient with us, and helped us find a scratch and dent model that was exactly what we were looking for. It’s in great working condition aside from a small ding on the bottom, but functionality over looks was definitely more important to us. When we heard that we wouldn’t be able to have the fridge delivered until two weeks out he was quick to point out a third party service and we were able to get the fridge the same night we bought it. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we’re glad to have our new fridge and be done with our old one.

Had what I required. They should require 2 people to lift or be required to use equipment. The elderly man that lifted my machine in to my car alone could have been hurt. Safety concern for people. Store is well stocked. Service was excellent. But credit card machine was out. But service was so good and friendly I did not mind trip to atm.

This store is a joke. New parking for wounded combat is very patriotic. Sign on building should read, We have preferred parking for our Vets but when you come in 1. We cannot help you. 2. We are probably out of what you want. 3. If you do find what you want after 4:pm only one register will be open and you will need to wait in a long line to pay. We close our self checkout down after 4:pm so don't even think about that. No one working in paint, kitchen, doors and windows, so don't even think about that. If you need help getting loaded screw you! we gave you front row parking!

When Lowe's first opened there were people that could truly help you as a customer. Now that they have settled into the community, all of the excitement and Personnel that were helpful have left or gone to other exciting jobs. It seems that most of the employees that are working the floor do not care about the customer or what his needs maybe. This is very sad. I will hope that Lowe's will turn that around and put some quality excited employee people in their stores to help their customer people. My hunch is that the employee cast has dwindled so much and has been so degraded that each employee has no time for the customer. Customer service once again needs to be put into first place at Lowes.
