This review is for their customer service. I picked up 12 custom blinds today. When I checked out, an employee gave me a paper to sign. I said: “Can I check? I just want to make sure everything is good.” The employee said: “NO, you can check at home.” She pushed me to sign the paper to confirm that I picked up everything on the list, but she didn’t want me to check!!! I said: “Okay, but can I check the number?” I counted quickly. There were only 8 boxes. So I pointed out that. She said: “Some came into one box!!!“ Okay! It wasn’t a problem at all. But I didn’t know. That’s why I need to check. It only took 30 seconds to count. She seemed like I wasted her time. She made me feel like checking everything before signing the paper is stupid. After I checked out, she gave me the 12 blinds. Most of them are big and heavy. She didn’t ask me if I need some help to load them into my car. I think she doesn’t care about customers at all!!!

Worst service ever! I will never go back here and will never suggest buying products from this store in particular. We came in to purchase all new appliances for our kitchen. It took about an hour for someone to help us. We ordered a fridge, oven, hood and dishwasher. The soonest they could deliver was 2 weeks out! They called the next day and said they couldn't get the oven until next month. We asked can't you get it from another Lowe's and we were told it's too hard for them to do that. We went to the Lowe's about 5 miles further south, purchased the exact same oven & it was delivered 5 days later. We were supposed to have our other items from the 196th Lowe's delivered today. We were assured they would call before the delivery. We called the store manager the first thing this morning & were reassured they would call with a time frame for delivery. We came home to a note saying they missed us and could not delivered our items. We have been trying to get a hold of a manger for three hours now! Nobody answers the phone, we get transferred, we are told someone will call us back, etc. This process of getting new appliances should be fun and exciting. This has been nothing but stressful. At this point I want to cancel our order, get our money back and take our business elsewhere!!!

Really poor job of keeping stock on the shelves. Lots of the items that we were looking for were out of stock. Pretty unacceptable for a store that brags about their great variety of stock and all the items they have available for their customers.

Went in there for 2 items, weather stripping and foam spray. Found the stripping near mailboxes and door knobs. Looked everywhere for the spray. When I finally found help, they sent me to the plumbing area, with no luck. I ended up finding it on the other side of store by contractors check out. Would of been way to easy to put these 2 related items together.

You would think on Saturday they would have some confident help on the floor to help customers. Couldn't find what I was looking for. Had to go to Dunn Lumber.
