Carpet just installed today by two very polite, professional gentleman who worked quickly and cleaned up all nicely before they left. It was a large job and they completed it all without problems. Very pleased with Emerald and my Lowe’s carpet purchase.

Very happy customer! I hired Emerald Installation to install flooring in my parents kitchen and downstairs area. I was amazed to see the technology involved when the estimator measured our space. They explained how accurate the laser measuring device is, and I was happy to see how fast it made the process. Shortly after approving the installation the office staff contacted me and was able to fit me in on a day that worked best for me. Peter was my installer and originally he had estimated the job would take two days. It was clear to me that he was an expert in his craft, and he was able to complete the project ahead of schedule. The vinyl I selected had a pattern to it but I cant even find the seams he did such a great job! I would highly recommend supporting local business's like this to anyone interested. Thank you again to everyone at the Emerald office. I could not be more happy!

UPDATE: In response to your reply Brittan, it was a repeated concern of mine, as your installer came in and tucked my carpet back under the transition instead of fixing it, so when I vacuumed it came right out. Yes, you did send out a qualified installer to fix this problem AFTER I had called, sent pictures and pleaded with your office personnel who told me that 3 other installers looked at the pictures I sent and said that the problem was due to pets, then it was the integrity of the glue in the carpet. In short, I had been through a lot to get your company to uphold the warranty on my carpet and installation. I had waited months, had made several calls and had been ignored and/or called a liar. Your company needs to review policy and stick to it. I have purchased upwards of 25K worth of appliances, flooring, etc... from Lowe’s, I will take my business elsewhere because of this and am escalating my concerns to corporate. **Consumers beware** Am I shocked to see these low scoring reviews...NO! I had my carpet installed by them 7 months ago through Lowe’s. I gave seam issues and carpet separating from the transition area in my home office. They came out and responded to my seam issue pretty quickly and did a quick fix on the seam issues with a small steel rod and it looked good until I vacuumed. Now, I have carpet separating from the transition area in my home office that has VERY low traffic and no pets in that room whatsoever. I called with my concern was told to send pictures to a cell phone and didn’t hear from them again until I called them 3 weeks later! I was told the installer is the best installer they have and he doesn’t do bad work, so it must be my fault. Then, Carol (office worker) blamed it on the integrity of the carpet, glue, yarn, whatever...Then, after sending out another installer, who agreed that the carpet was cut short in that area, Carol proceeded to blame it on pets, due to pics that I had sent 3 weeks prior totally disregarding what her installer had said, because he is on vacation with his family since it’s summer vacation. During our conversation I had asked her, “Do I need to call Lowe’s and maybe have them come out and see the carpet receding from the transition everyone I vacuum?” Carol took it as a threat and said that she’d call them also and I was free to call them if I so feel so. In short, this is a terrible headache. I had them not call me back, not honor my warranty, have installers not show up when they were supposed to, and basically call me a liar when this looks to me as a quick fix. I had purchased my laminate flooring through Lowe’s, Emerald installation installed that too. I have spent a lot of money and just want what’s right. Lowe’s installation manager called me, because office worker Carol called him first and wAnts to come out and see this for himself. It’s a huge headache. I’m so unhappy all the way around. My appliances, flooring, and MANY other projects came from that Lowe’s. Will corporate hear about this? YES! Lowe’s should stand behind the companies they contract through. This company is not worthy of backing their work and should not be services a huge store like Lowe’s.

Love this company! Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. I scheduled to have carpet done through Lowe's... BIG MISTAKE but I agreed to go forward with measurement scheduled by Lowe's and fingured I could just write down the total of carpet I needed and go with a different company but when Lowe's sent Emerald Installation it totally changed my mind. Their Rep. Byron was pleasant, helpful and so informative. He worked had to make sure my difficult carpet job would be done on time along with all the office staff. With us moving during the holidays they have been the one thing that went smoothly and I appreciate that. Lori, Rochelle and all the office staff are so great. The carpet installers were fast and do great work. Will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them all your flooring needs.

Emerald will give you a timely and competitive bid. Once they've been paid, they will lie to you repeatedly and eventually stop taking your calls. You can enjoy your new uninstalled flooring neatly stacked in the living room. On the positive side, you will really appreciate the next flooring company you deal with.
