Having co-owned a hardwood flooring business years ago we worked some of the same jobs as West Shores Interiors. Every client we came in contact with had high praise for their staff, products and job completion. I myself have been to the showroom a few times and have found it to have many viable flooring options. The fact too that they will come to your house with samples makes it even more convenient. I would recommend them for all flooring jobs.

I've been a West Shores customer for years and routinely recommend them to friends and family. A number of them have used West Shores and, like me, have been very pleased. Prices are competitive and the service is exceptional. The people there are friendly and not pushy (I especially like that).

I am a mid 50's real estate investor with over 40 properties. When purchasing these properties they usually need to be rehabbed. I obtain 2-4 bids on each project. With that in mind, I went to obtain a bid for top end, state of the art laminate counters. You can obtain the complete look and durability of granite for less than half the price (Formica 180 FX - honed finish). Salesperson was snarky, and definitely lacking in communication or customer service skills. Was told I would receive an estimate for both a specific granite, and Formica 180 FX. Several days later received an email stating they would not provide an estimate, since I was obtaining estimates from other places. OMG! That spoke volumes to me that this place wants to considerably overcharge, so the customer has nothing to compare against. Don't say you weren't warned. No luxury showroom to speak of either.
