Went in to get a couple dowel rods cut for a closet today. Not a fan of Lowe's in general but it was a simple enough project on route to today's errands. What an absolute clown school this store is. The admin manager Coreen and other various lumber / electrical associates were oblivious to where we could have these rods cut. Coreen straight up denied us service to which we quickly rectified. I highly advise anyone with a sane grip on reality and their finances to stay as far away from Lowe's as possible.

Big box home improvement and lumber store. Covers most aspects of home repair and remodeling needs. Outdoor lumber area offers direct drive in and loading of materials .

Customer service met the standard expectation, pretty much help yourself. The store overall is by far the nastiest home improvement store I've ever been in. Clearly they have no cleaning crew at all, which is a safety concern and I'm sure a health issue legally. Then again maybe the city of Tukwila doesn't have a health dept. That said they seem to have the typical home improvement materials/tools/items you would expect.

These guys are great. Very helpful and always curteous. My wife and I just bought our first home, so we need all the help we can get. They have my business for life, barring catastrophic breakdown of their customer service ethos.

The line like usual took twenty minutes despite there being five checkers and two people per line. Don't bother asking for help in a section, you will be waiting at least forty five minutes: I've been multiple times and never gotten out in less than an hour if I needed any help.
