The people at Lowe's are usually very helpful. Sure, sometimes they get busy and you may have to poke around a minute to find someone, but once you do they are always friendly and seem happy to see you. Such a warm and inviting treatment. It makes going for, what may be a frustrating shopping trip, actually pleasant and successful. Thanks for taking the time to make me feel important and included.

Regarding the appliance department: Mike, Darrin and Penny would give Albert Lee and McKinney's Appliance a run for their money, in terms of customer service and product knowledge. They're patient, experienced and will give you all the "factual" information you will need to base your decision. Thank you!

I am not a big fan of large corporations but I do like the fact the Lowe's Home Improvement gives a 10% discount to the military with a valid military ID. There's a lot to choose from when you visit each location: Garden & indoor plans, garden supplies & equipment, lighting & accessories, lumber, painting supplies and Paint, kitchen appliances, home decor, kitchen cabinets, bathroom supplies, wood flooring & carpet, tiles & supplies, HVAC equipment & parts, miscellaneous parts and piece for your home and of course a large selection of your favorite tools and so much more for your home or business needs. Check out and support those corporations like Lowe's Home Improvement that supports our military.

I saw a product I wanted on the Lowe's website & stopped by the store to see if they had it available. The employee I spoke to in the home appliances department had never heard of the article I was searching for. I pulled the item up on my phone. She said it would have to be ordered and sent to the store. I walked over to look at alternatives for what I wanted and found the exact same item I'd just been talking with her about on the shelf. She came over to where I was standing and I pointed out the object and asked if that was the same and pointed to the article on the screen. The employee copped an attitude about it and got defensive saying something like "that's a different item number than the one you showed me but yeah maybe that will work" .....Thanks, lady. I'll be back say, oh, idk...never? Yeah. Home depot is a thing. Bye.
