Jenny and Kathy in the flooring department provided exceptional service and expertise. We are installing the recommended vinyl wood simulated flooring in our apartment units and look forward to increasing revenues and decreasing expenses with this product which comes with a five-year commercial warranty. No more carpet to be prematurely ruined by tenants with lingering pet odors or other damages! To top off the great service, store manager Vic honored a price match at a competing store. We'll keep shopping at Covington Home Depot!

What do I say it's the Home Depot. The last time I visited the store there was a bunch of guys in there from corporate office and about seven of them attempting to use a computer to locate a common item. The Fiasco of the upper corporate structure trying to locate a simple part was terribly entertaining. They did a good job of keeping it clear that they were better than those on the store floor and the customers in the store. I was able to find the item for another customer and him and I just simply smiled and went on our way knowing that it's really about the individuals and those of us who get out in the field and get the real work done to keep this world turning and the customer on the end very happy. Alright corporate guys why don't you go out to breakfast or have another cup of coffee and put those computers or they could be better used?

Well staffed, well stocked and clean. I wish they had terminals on the ends of the isles so I could look up what you're searching for. They have a great service online to tell you what isle and area the item is but the reception in the store is very poor. Come on Home Depot! get will it so I don't have to search out employees to help me find things. Much better use of your $$$

You can get a lot of your standard things as far as Plumbing electrical Etc. Not a lot of the oddball larger stuff you sometimes need. Or commercial stuff that's you sometimes need. But for General fixes they pretty much got to covered.
