The Floor Trader is an awesome place for flooring! They had great deals and prices on all types of flooring, which meant we could pick what we really wanted and not compromise because of our tight budget. The staff was super helpful and eager to answer all the questions we had. Our sales person was very personable, and even told us that this family business has been around for decades and pride themselves on making the customer happy! They definitely succeeded with us. The experience shopping at the Floor Trader was as wonderful as our brand new flooring!

My name Is Nora "Mary" Gibbs.Almost 3 wks. ago, purchased several rolls of carpet from the Tacoma location.Intended for rental property. Was extremely impressed with customer service. Young lady "Rochelle" helped me with purchase.Having made numerous purchases in the past, this was the most impressive.Rochelle spent an extreme amount of time with me and seemed very knowledgeable re:the products your company represents.I was extremely impressed.Public relations and this consideration to customers is a rare thing now days. I feel Rochelle should be recognized for her help and sincere concern for customer satisfaction. It was brought to my attention that Ms. Rochelle was a fairly new employee. Please give credit where it is do.Satisfied and very impressed customer. N. Mary Gibbs

We have made two purchases with Floor Trader in the past six months. The first one was for vinyl and the most recent one was for laminate flooring. They are highly professional and very knowledgeable. Their installer was courteous, on time, and did excellent work. Very satisfied.

This is such a great place to come no matter how big or small of a carpet you need. The people are so helpful and my toes are so happy in my new squishy rug.

Needing just a little bit o' carpet & flooring I treked off to The Floor Trader. I was dreading it in a way because I hate high pressure sales people, and as my default that's what I expected. I was greeted right away by Zach. I explained that I was just going to look around. As I strolled and petted the carpets I kept looking to see how close my stalker was, but to my surprise that was not the case. When I was ready with questions it was if Zach had read my mind and seemingly by magic he was by my side with his wealth of knowledge. What an outstanding shopping experience! Be advised that the store is almost caverness in size so bring some 🍞 crumbs to find your way back to the front~
