Amazing service and patience! To be truthful I did not make a purchase when I went to Carpet Liquidators. I went there to see what size area rugs they had and to get an idea of cost. I was greeted by Jason, from the beginning I felt his willingness to help and be patient with someone who has 0 experience buying any rugs or floor. He did not hesitate to listen to and answer my questions. I will purchase from them in the future when I am ready. They are a little hard to find pushed back off the street. Just look past the insulation hanging down and the difficult location to find true Customer Service!

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. We chose Carpet Liquidators based on positive reviews from a friend. The process of choosing a carpet was simple enough and the manager was very helpful to that point. They charged a $45 fee to come out and estimate the square footage in the area that we wanted carpet. This would have been a perfect time to tell us about our baseboards (more to come on that later). The installers came out and almost immediately noticed that the baseboards in our home are sized to a thicker carpet – so with our choice of a flatter carpet, there will be a gap between the carpet and the baseboards. The installer recommended and was adamant that we choose a new carpet. We asked about charges and he replied, “There is no charge for a carpet, just call the store manager and choose a new one.” The installers immediately left while we were trying to get into contact with the manager. After getting on the phone with the manager, he told us that there is a 30% restocking fee (that would amount to about $500 for us). When we told him that the installer had just told us that there would be no charge, the manager replied with, “Well, he’s just the installer. He doesn’t know.” He then went on to say that, “We expect our customers to know what type of carpet that they need.” Look, if I knew about carpet, why would I be paying your company to install it? Why didn’t your company notify us when we paid $45 for you to come out and estimate? He then recommended that WE call the installer back since didn’t want to pay a restocking fee (why didn’t the store call back THEIR installer?). The installer was already at a different job site and said that he would try to come back – he didn’t. We then had to call the store the next day (why didn’t they call? Oh right, because they already had our money and now they have no incentive to try to work with us) to reschedule. The next available slot was not for another 2 weeks. Having our carpet ripped out and living like that for 2 weeks was an absolute nightmare. And that’s how I’ll wrap up how working with Carpet Liquidators in Tacoma, WA is: a nightmare.

Would of been 3 stars if they bothered responding to me email. Had vinyl plank flooring installed on April 6th and 8th. Had bronchitis at time . Installers showed up 5 hours late they did call. Left us with a mess. Fumes over the weekend because they started 5 hours late and they where tired. It was suppose to be done one day. They said they could maybe squeeze us in on the Monday early like it was a favor . Happy with r living room great job . Our sunroom different story. About 12 planks curling up on edge lines and ends. I guess that's why they get cash first. So you can't see the finished product. I wish they had better install team. Perhaps it didn't stick because they left the glue on the floor through the weekend. The store service ok why your There. Flooring good quality. We should of installed it ourselves . Your kirkland branch is excellent and so are the installers Had them do two different jobs in our Bellevue house. I wish I could send them pictures. I wish they would send a different crew and just stick down the edges on the dozen planks. Went from 1 to 4 after the 8installers came back and fixed floors
