Three special shout outs to Garret in plumbing.. Mike In lighting.. Terri in appliances.. doing a remodel for my house and all 3 of these employees made a mentally exhausting week much easier with their knowledge and assistance.. The entire floor was friendly and willing to offer any assistance needed.. makes spending a lot of money less painful.. Keep up the good work Wenatchee crew!

I travelled here all the way from Spokane because they had some discontinued flooring available. The staff was super friendly and they have a great setup in the lumber yard that makes loading a breeze!!

Management at this store obviously stresses being friendly. No complaint there. However, they may want to manage procedures more. Wife and I ordered flooring and supplies online for store pickup. We received a call at 8:00am the next day that our order was ready to pick up. Long story short; I made it to the store at 5:15pm that day, and was able to leave just over an hour later. I can only imagine how long it would have been if they were busy at all.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Product we desired was special order and only in large lots.

A power saw in lumber room would be nice.
