Molly was a wealth of knowledge steering us in the right direction for carpet. Educating us on pads. Helping us choose counter top and backsplash. We loved visiting with her. We will be back for sure!

I highly recommend this place Lalo made my experience painless, him and his team Matt and Tony all worked together to get me into flooring for my Mud Room within my budget at an affordable price. They were up with all the new trends and were quick to go above and beyond the sale! Thank you for all you do definitely be back and will send all my clients that way!

We recarpeted our house last year, replacing 20 year old carpet. The staff at CostLess carpet was helpful and attentive....the only reason it is receiving 2stars. The carpet however, is horrible. After one year it looks worse than the 20year old carpet we replaced. It wasn’t cheap carpet either. Considered their higher range. We had to have it restretched because it is buckling so bad, and it is doing it again a month later. It absolutely has no stain resistance. I spilled coffee on it and it immediately soaked in. I poured water on it, soaked it up and scrubbed with carpet cleaner right away. The stain is still there, that won’t come out after repeated treatments. There are already bad wear patterns where we walk and in front of the couch and chairs. The carpet layer they recommended was very inexperienced and did a poor job. He did honor his warranty and returned to restretch it, so I will give him credit for that. But, he put seams in bad places (we purchased ample carpet as to not have that happen and have a huge roll left over). He also didn’t know how to do a rolled edge against the vinyl flooring and you can feel tacks in your feet when you step on it. He had obviously only done carpet in new builds without existing molding. The edges against our molding are fraying and ragged. I recommend not buying carpet from CostLess Carpet and if you do, investigate your carpet layer. We will need to replace this carpet within the next few years.
