We had Touchdown Flooring come in and do our floors for our dental office while we where on vacation. They came out awesome. Everyone was extremely professional and readily available to answer any questions we had through out the process. Will be using them again for our next project.

Touchdown Flooring is an exceptional company that I happily recommend and most certainly will use for my next flooring project. We replaced flooring in multiple rooms using 2 different products (laminate and carpet) and Jordan patiently and professionally guided us throughout the entire process. Product selection was excellent and we always knew the schedule and cost impact of the product options we were considering. Our installer was prompt and efficient. The work was done w/high quality and completed early (4 days was the estimate, completion was 3.5 days). Our project was the first major flooring update in our house so we compared several other companies. Touchdown was the clear choice- our expectations were clearly and simply communicated and then exceeded. A great example of a family owned business that takes pride in providing excellent products and service. Thank you Jordan, Sergio, and team!

I did my diligence when selecting the flooring company for an update on my home. I looked for recommendations from friends as well as my local Facebook community. Touchdown was one of the companies that was recommended. All the estimates i received were relatively close in cost but the service i received from touchdown was excellent. This is a family run company and they work really well together. Regarding the work, i had hard wood floors, carpet and laminate. The materials were top quality and the service was well beyond anything i could have imagined.

Touchdown Flooring NW in Issaquah has earned my family's vote for its EXCEPTIONAL customer service! It took LESS than a week from the day we (new customers walking in off the street) came into their store, to when the work (1600 sf) was completed. Jordan was professional, courteous and immediately knew what I was looking for. His father, Sergio, a TRULY DELIGHTFUL gentleman, came and measured the next day, and by the following day, their crew (Alexander, Carlos and Raoul), demonstrated their craftsmanship installing the product in expert fashion, representing Touchdown in an exemplary manner and completing the work in just a few days. My family and I are extremely happy with the team at Touchdown and also happy for the previous reviewers' comments, which led us to find this wonderful family business!

I’m extremely satisfied with the recent large flooring project Touchdown did in our home. After receiving multiple quotes from highly rated flooring contractors, we decided to go with Touchdown due to a combination of competitive pricing and a feeling of trust and confidence in the company. We liked that fact that they’re a family owned business who strive to provide excellent customer service. The owners Jordan and Sergio were outstanding to work with. I was most impressed when we had a concern after the first day of installation and called Jordan. He quickly called us back that evening and said he’d be there first thing in the morning to ensure the issue was addressed. He did just that and we were extremely happy with our installers going forward. The installation crew showed great attention to detail and were very courteous. It’s nice to see we still have craftsmen who take great pride in their work. I’d recommend Touchdown to anyone looking for a trustworthy business who delivers on their promises.
