Right on time and so thorough. The installer did not cut any corners on the install and my carpet makes my house feel brand new. This company has your back start to finish

After going to Lowe's and Home Depot to begin our home re-modeling project, I was overwhelmed, lost and frustrated. We went with Summit Interiors because we wanted to choose a local company. What a great decision! The staff always made time for me and had such great advice. I was surprised the prices were better than the big box stores and we had so many more choices of better quality. The installers were on time, friendly and clean. We absolutely love our new kitchen\dinning room. I would highly recommend Summit to anyone for any project. We are so happy with them.

Very disappointed in the sales rep, Rich. Like a used car salesmen, he was attentive until the sale was made, but offered zero value in the follow-through. When the installers failed to show up on the promised install date, he wouldn't return multiple calls. Tina stepped in and saved the day, and gave 150% effort to make sure I was taken care of. 1 star for Rich, 5 stars for Tina.

Summit Interiors has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I own multiple rentals each with their own characteristics. Summit worked with me to find the best fits for each house. The luxury vinyl (Cedar) I got looks great and the installation went fast. Steve did a great and fast job on the carpet. Great service along with competitive prices, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rich is rude and offered incredibly poor customer service. Some of the worst service I have ever had! Install of carpet was good but the installer did not clean up after himself. He did not vacuum which left thousands of twines of carpet that I had to vacuum up 3 or 4 times. He did not clean up dozens of small pieces of padding and small remnants. And he left a few nails in the entry way to my kids play room. I spent about an hour cleaning up after him! The last time I had carpet installed they at least cleaned up after themselves. Without yelling or being belligerent I explained my situation to Rich over the phone and he would do nothing. I was hoping for maybe a small compensation, I got nothing. Not even an apology! When I went to the showroom he was rude. "What do you want?" is how he greeted me. Summit is over priced. I only went with them because they had the best match for what I already had. Stay away, there are a lot more places out there that will treat you better at better prices. Once they had my money, they didn't give a s**t.
