Very helpful and friendly service with the exception of an elderly red headed woman in cabinets who is very rude and uprupt. Will not talk to you without an appointment. Trust me "Avoid her at all costs." The lumber quality is marked as #2 but if you take you time you may find a couple of #2 grade product. Their return policy is wonderful.

I placed an order online for a deck project and after my $1400 order I was told it was going to be shipped next day. After waiting most the day for the 14 hour delivery window I called near hour 12. I was told it was going to be an incomplete order and it wasn't going to get deliveries due to complications on their end. They did save me $85 dollars on the delivery fee which was nice. I was then told I would get my order 3 days later. After waiting again for 12 hours I called to tracki my truck and AGAIN was told it wasn't going to be shipped today. After feeling like home depot and the side contractors they use didn't care about me or the project I canceled my order. I will be taking my deck project somewhere more local. I find it hard to support home depot after this. And the sad thing is I never was told why it wasn't going to get delivery this time.

Way to long of line. Put all my stuff back, them left. The line in the garden center is always long, never enough help, always problems. To be honest I hate going to Home Depot, it's always a last resort. They make you post a rating, I would give it -1 if they let me.

I'd give this store a zero if I could. They mess up a delivery fail to inform you that they decide to cancel it after you pay for it. Then they accuse you of being suspicious because you demand either the product you pay for or your money back. The manager of this store is a joke and so is Jack in the appliance department, who by the way was never man enough to talk to us himself. It took us over an hour to get our money back after all their excuses and run around. Will never step foot into a home depot again. Thank you Lowes for knowing what customer service is all about.

I've been to the store a few times and every time I come the Associates at this location are very very friendly. I have found quite a number of them to be very helpful in finding the products that I need. I've even had them refer me to other locations for products that they don't carry. This is the kind of service I appreciate.
