Shipping and handling is kind of expensive. They manufacture to order flooring components so it's a good place for those hard to find species. It takes a couple of weeks so plan ahead. Returns are easy and they have great customer service. Products arrived well packaged and in great condition.

I have spoken with 3 different salesmen over the phone and found them all to be very knowledgeable about what they are selling . I bought the pro advanced shower kit back in the summer and am only now starting to install it. I discovered that I actually needed a different sized fitting to connect the shower drain with my new drainage system so called Pro Source and spoke with Avi. He totally understood what I was trying to describe over the phone but suggested I send photos to be really sure. The photos I sent were extremely basic, but Avi was able to determine that I had missed out an essential part of the plumbing. He has saved me much time, effort and expense by not moving forward with my project until the issue was rectified. It's so reassuring to know that at this business, the folks taking your phone calls really know their business. Thank you so much.

This company offers a lot of stuff but they are experts at shower installs. I looked around at a few videos on the internet and called them to order what I thought was a complete quick pitch kit to make it easier to slope the floor. The person that answered the phone asked me important questions about what I was trying to do with my tiled shower. Being someone who has never installed a shower, I learned that I needed a lot more stuff to properly waterproof my shower so that I could tile. Furthermore, they introduced me to their new shower kit with the pan already pre-done. It was great! All I had to do was mortar down the foam pan pieces and my floor slope was done - I was really dreading having to do concrete mortar. Their drain is awesome and so easy to install. The rest of the membrane and kit installed super easy and it turned out great. I got that shower tile installed and now my wife is super happy. As they say, happy wife happy life. If you need to do a tile shower, call these guys. They were a life saver for me.

This company will let you order products that they don't have in stock. They don't let you know products are out of stock when you place order. When you call two weeks later customer service states products will ship out next week. Does not ship out next week. When you call again customer service states again products will now ship out next week. Finally just canceled my order. Huge waste of time. Very unprofessional company.

this outfit will sell you hundreds of dollars worth of stuff you don't need or can't use. Additionally, follow up customer service is dismal
