Wanted to buy a mattress, and was okay with the price (even though it was on the high end still) and also needed a foldable bed frame. Seeing they had theirs listed at $160, I looked online to find five brands all selling the same identical one as Higginson, all identical pictures and design (generic cheap Chinese import) for $80 online. They told me they wouldn't price match because they're unsure if the quality would be lower-- fair, but not when comparing items that are a generic import and have no physical differences (all pictures, comparing their Malouf bed frame to other companies frames, were absolutely identical pictures sourced from the same place). Could've made a couple hundred bucks off of me, but decided not to drop the $80, so I'll go elsewhere that wants my business, or save by shopping online and avoiding the stores.

Wonderful staff and great furnature. One of the best furnature experiences I've had. The staff was kind and patient and really made sure I walked out with what i wanted and needed for a reasonable price.

Great customer service from both the associate at the store and the delivery drivers. We went in with no prior knowledge about the store or beds in general. The associate helped us with finding a bed within our price range and one that is SUPER comfortable. It was delivered the next day! The delivery drivers were fast and professional. Done within about 15 minutes!

Horrible customer service! I would suggest shopping anywhere but here. Found their website and browsed through some of their items. Their prices looked fair so decided to make a trip to the store. The service was not very helpful in the store, provided very few details about the furniture, their policies, prices, etc. Ended up buying a couch, which they were going to deliver the next week. During that weekend had some second thoughts and decided I would cancel my order. After making multiple phone calls the owner finally called and said they would have to charge a $50 fee because they had loaded it on the truck already. Decided it wasn't worth the hassle and told them just to deliver it. They gave me a two hour window 11-1. Called me at 12:50 to say that they would not be here for another hour. Had to call my job and tell them I would be late. Basically, if you want horrible customer service and too be overcharged for display models I would shop here. Otherwise, look elsewhere.
