I have always had good luck at this Home Depot. Their flooring people sent an estimator for my floors, and when the cost spooked me they got me started on doing it myself. Their returns people have always gone beyond the call of duty, important because the floorboards are great when they're good, but need to go back when they come from China on the wrong ship. On my latest visit, I picked up my first "ship to store for free" order, and the customer service woman helped me through it with a smile.

He usually can find whatever you need for your house or its repair. Sometimes the nursery can be a hit or a miss and finding what you want. Today we waited as the fourth person in line for 20 minutes. Cashier seem to be lost. Moved our cart to the inside store and managed to get out a lot quicker. Prices are not the most competitive in town but it is One-Stop shopping for the most part.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly; prices are competitive. You can see online whether the product you need is available at a specific location, which is a good feature.

I went to buy a cooler it said they had in stock online, after about an hour of looking independently and with staff I was informed they likely posted it in anticipation of a delivery they'd be receiving later in the week. Not a good system and incredibly frustrating, staff were in the dark but very helpful. My issue is with their visible stock system.

I would have given you "0" stars if I could!! Went to Home Depot in Redmond last night to purchase a gazebo. It was around 8:30pm and the store was empty. I searched for a cart as the gazebo was large and heavy. Not being able to find a cart, a see a young man leaving his cashier stand to stand next to his co-worker at the next check stand. I walked up and asked if he could get/find me a cart as I wanted to purchase a gazebo. He said they were outside, I told him I had just been outside of both doors and there were none out there. He then proceeded to go out the door, came back in and said I was right, there were no carts. He then proceeded to tell me they were down in the lumber part of the store. I asked him to please go get one or to please go and grab the gazebo for me - at which point the young man just stood there and "stared" at me! No words - No movement, just stared!! So, I proceeded to walk out the door and leave. I can't believe that in a customer service based business you would treat a customer in this manner! You just don't care! I will close by saying we have happily purchased the product from your competitor! I will definitely think twice before shopping at Home Depot EVER AGAIN!!
