Lowe's have most to the things you need for home improvements or repairs. The staff here can be very helpful. The store has sections that make finding things easier. They have a fairly good selection of tools, and tool sets. There is also a good selection of power tools ( both plugins and battery powered). Many yard working tools and plants to put in your garden.

Go to walmart Good luck getting any help In blinds watch as all the women stand by the door and gossip while they continuously Paige someone to blinds knowing no one is working that area. At least look busy it's ridiculous to get paid to stand around , find a broom, clean something , help a customer, do your job ! 5/24 8:15 - 9:15 Called manager Jason to complain 1 single employee offered help as we were leaving his name was Logan Next time I'm taking pictures

Terrible customer service. The problem is systemic. Staff regularly ignore customers. When I have approached staff for help, the answer is usually that it is not their department and a promise to locate someone to help. That help has never arrived until I beg two or three more times. Unfortunately Beckley Lowe’s is the only show in town in regard to large hardware box stores. Can’t wait for competition to arrive.

Ok I spent about a hour and 30s in the store I have a very bad knee and have a brace and even limp I asked for some help with some wood and the guy said the cars are out when you walk in and you can get the wood your self wow thanks for nothing as he just stood there doing nothing. A very nice customer helped me out. Can't say much for the staff.
