We were looking for a new refrigerator and we stopped at Loews and was greeted by a young lady who showed us the floor models and she explained different benefits that Loews had to offer including free delivery. We thanked her and explained that we wanted to check a couple of other places. We proceeded to visit three other places and decided to return to Loews and again greeted by a sales person named BROCK who showed us the model we looked at on our first visit. Again we were treated very well and proceeded the process of making the purchase. Thanks Loews for the good experience.

Ray from the buckhannon Lowes is the BEST worker there. That man deserves a raise and employee of the month (if not year). After spending hours of walking around trying to get help (with all the other workers having no clue about anything) Ray comes along and understood precisely what we were saying and took us straight to the multiple items we would need to get the job done. I honestly cannot applaud him enough. On top of knowing everything we needed he was very kind and courteous, had a great sense of humor and was all around the most pleasant person there. If you ever need help (no matter the department) LOOK FOR RAY! I'm telling you people, you will not regret it.
