My Mom got me new carpet for my 2 small bedrooms and small T.V room for my birthday. Andrew came out to measure, take pictures and give me a quote. My Mom then paid the job in full after I picked out what I wanted. Andrew was nice when he was here. HOWEVER.... the day of installation came... They were on time. They did the job. It looks great. BUT their personalities were very rude. They tried to pass on the work, saying that the one of the bedrooms carpet was to 'wet" due to pet urination. Which I had explained to Andrew that the one bedroom was going to be bad and Andrew said was no problem. We bought the extra "pet padding" that will help the flooring in the future etc.. After we said we didn't want to wait for them to do one room a day, they had us go buy a mop and more bleach than we had and mop the room before they would even attempt to lay the carpet. So we do this.... they lay the carpet. We had to do both bedrooms like this. I didn't know we had to mop floors to get new carpet! They took 4 smoke breaks in the 1st hour they were there. They moaned and groaned having to move the furniture around when they get paid extra for that per room! Then when they were done with the last room, one of the guys said "It's done" and they just walk out of the house. Didn't ask if we were satisfied, didn't even say goodbye, nice meeting you or anything. Rudest guys I have ever had to deal with. I had offered them drinks several times and they didn't want anything.... so my husband and I were very nice...but it didn't matter. They had personalities like a wet rag! made us feel like we were slave drivers! If they didn't want to do this type of work, why get into this type of work?! Anyways... I'll never use them again!

Horrible experience. I DO NOT recommend them to anyone at all . Rude , they did apologize after they actually listen to what we said from the beginning🤦 will never work with them again.
