Went in looking for flooring today at the Nitro WV store. The manager was extremely professional, so nice and answered all my questions. He explained the differences between choosing vinyl or laminate and now I feel I can make a good decision. I've used Lumber Liquidators 2 other times in the past and their flooring is so beautiful. We get compliments all the time on how nice they look. I will definitely come back and order from this store. The sales staff are all great and pleasant. I felt that I mattered to them. I highly recommend.

Since the store has been under new management, there have been significant changes in the overall quality of employees and the store itself. Staff seems very eager to listen to customer concerns and ready to answer any questions about flooring and the different types of tools needed for a specific job. Glad i gave them another chance!!

Excellent service- purchased 1900 sq. ft of flooring. Had some boxes that were damaged and didn't even have to mention it, they were already being brought. Great job!

I bought what I was told by a sales clerk Angie who I found out at my return visit was new and didn't know what she was selling me. I did a lot of research on the type of flooring I wanted to place in the basement and decided on the newer Pcp flooring which was difficult to scratch and would not be ruined if wet, could be rinsed off and put back down, It was going in the basement. Instead I purchased vinyl flooring with limited amount of pcp. Still being told it was scratch resistant and popular sale. Jay who was helping me with information about the 25 yr warrenty and he guided me to customer service for the exchange process. only to find out Jay was terminated, and Angie next( who was really taking my return personally and acted as if the return was coming from her pocket). Spoke to Joelle who then directed me to Barbara who looked at my complaint and photos and told me the in fine print not warranted for scratches and I could use a marker to hide them. questioned me if I had pets and that was that. Telling me they no longer carry the flooring, which was so popular in sales, and that was there policy. I told her that the product may be defective and then she stated I could send my remaining half box to them and have it tested for possible defect but I was likely to eat the floor because it passed first inspection. Would never buy again from a company who doesn't honor a product. LOWES would have taken it back. lessoned learned.
