This store has some of the nicest and helpful staff. My husband and I bought wood right before closing time, got to the parking lot and realized it would not fit in our car. The staff stayed open and cut the wood to size so that it would fit in the trunk. I highly recommend this place. Staff is always willing to answer questions and lend a hand.

This is the most disorganized Lowe's of all I have ever set foot in. Every time I order anything there's always a problem with the order or locating the order when there for pickup. It's nothing but bad management because people give you what the management expects of them. Either management doesn't care, has low expectations or can't manage.

Lumber and building area. Poor Customer and management service. . We are limited to available lumber supply stores. Most including myself need to travel several miles. I won't invest my time in returning to summersville, WV. Lowe's. I'll continue to utilize Buckhannon or Clarksburg. It is farther to drive. However it is a much better shopping experience.

The good and the bad... The good. The staff at this Lowes is exceptionally helpful. Every time I've been in there looking for a solution to some unusual problem, there was somebody there who went out of their way to help me solve it. The bad. Very poor selection of products. Often, I'll go there looking for something basic, and they don't have it. For example, my most recent shopping list... 10mm deep 3/8 drive 6 point socket 21mm combination wrench 21mm ratcheting combination wrench 24mm combination wrench Hard maple lumber for wood working project. I struk out on all counts. They had none of that. They did for some reason have 23mm wrenches, which is wierd. I'e been a professional mechanic for 13 years and never needed a 23mm wrench. 21 and 24 are common though. I don't think the person they have managing their tool inventory has ever used a tool. If I was to grade them only on their floor staff, 5 stars. If I was to grade them only on their inventory, 1 star.

Very friendly and helpful associates. Took the time to show me where things were and answer my questions.
