We are in the middle of a nightmare scenario with this company. Having been told the install would take 2-3 days, we’re now on day 12 with yet another promise that the installer will be here...tomorrow. Carpet One didn’t order enough flooring for the job, didn’t measure the stair bullnose accurately, didn’t order transition pieces, so had to place new orders. Installer left 10 days ago without simply replacing baseboards so we could move back into the rooms, and now refuses to return until all materials are in so he doesn’t have to make an extra trip and “lose money.” So we’re 12 days without access to belongings that we planned to be without for only 3 days. Communication is awful, there’s no accountability, and we’re out a lot of money for dog day care on days they didn’t show up, not to mention rearranged schedules, missed work, rescheduled medical appts. We chose Carpet One because they had a 3-year 0% offer, so they have already been paid, and our 2nd payment to Synchrony is due next week, while we still don’t have a floor finished. Worst of all? We have family coming for Christmas, but guest room is piled high with stuff from the unfinished rooms and we’ve not been able to decorate. We’ve used many flooring companies over the years, and we know this is not typical. Buyer beware.

I don't know where to start... it was a good vibe picking out the new flooring our sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. Then came install. It went OK, our freshly painted new addition had scuffs and scrapes from the new carpet being installed, which they said they were refund for cost and the installer said he wasn't aware carpet was being placed on concrete so I had to go get him adhesive glue. Then came the vinyl flooring, where we were bidded for underlayment which was NOT used and they left without transitioning the vinyl to carpet. Sales rep worked on getting transition pieces ordered and then they came to FINISH the floors which looks great with the transition complete. We were then told to pay the remains bill and would get a refund for the underlayment, adhesive and the walls with the difference of these transition pieces.... I told my husband that none of this sounded correct. Why wouldn't they take it off the intital bill, to begin with. 108 inches (3 doors) of transition pieces cost us about $600 apparently according to the sales reps final bill to the refund we were suppose to get. No refund was given which wasn't even close to $600 but still feel completely ripped off. Buyers beware.....

Wall to Wall Carpets was very helpful to me from start to finish. They were able to help me decide on the perfect carpet for my home. They have a wide selection and they make it easy to narrow down.

We changed our remodeling plans and went two rooms into one. The carpet was already cut for two rooms and we didn't want a seam in the middle of the room. We were told there would be a $187.00 restocking fee if we wanted to get one big piece of carpet. When we got the Bill it was $200.00 more than what they told us it would be.

I have always been very happy with the completed carpet jobs Wall to Wall has done in our home. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job.
