Came into the store to look for a bed for my 12 year old daughter. Had a wonderful buying experience with Tracie and Chad. Got a great bed at a great price! The showrooms look EXCEPTIONAL- Tracie has done a fabulous job in arranging the vignettes with amazing creativity. It really gave me fantastic ideas for my home, and made me want to re-decorate!

Had an awesome experience with the sales person and buying my couch and love seat but upon pick up I was given 2 couches not even matching and no love seat. and was told that I have to wait two weeks for delivery for the love seat. I feel that spending my hard earned money things should be right the first time and two weeks is a long time to wait for the correct furniture.

They talk the talk, but don't walk the walk...My husband and I came into the store Jan 2017. We were first time customers. Upon walking in, you get a rush thinking "oh my gosh this is the coolest, biggest store I've ever been in!!" We were greeted and left alone to look. Which made me giddy and instantly want to spend money, as I hate being bothered by sales people when shopping. We ended up staying for HOURS. We purchased thousands of dollars in furniture before leaving, and not on credit, from our checking account. We had free refreshments while there, a very nice salesman "KC", and got some good deals. Everything in that aspect was wonderful. I ended up calling in a few days later to add another $1000 worth of furniture onto our order. The problems started when we waited, and waited, and waited, for different items to come in. Dates were further off than promised, and communication sucked on the store's end. After I finally called and asked to speak to a manager, SOME things were taken care of. But it literally took over 4 MONTHS, many phone calls, several deliveries, and even us driving the 2 hours roundtrip to pick up items, to get everything. Then, to top it off, we've had several items broken already with normal use, and the insurance that we were told was fabulous (by the salesman) is worse than anything I've ever dealt with. I called 11/16/17, emailed pictures of the damage as instructed, and got a confirmation call the next day that the process had been started. When I didn't hear from anyone one month later, I called again. The parts won't be in until March or April of 2018!! Are you kidding me? Not spending another dime here unless this gets remedied ASAP!! ****UPDATE**** Received a call from customer care 4/2/18 that the "part" was in...scheduled first avail date of 4/14/18 for repairman to come. He was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. However, "part" was wrong color!! Why did I send a picture of the broken PINK item, & wait almost 5 months for a WHITE replacement part to be brought out?! Seriously?! Changed from 2 stars to 1...

Great customer service, went there for a new Tempur Pedic pillow and Rolland greeted us within minutes. Going to be in the market for a Tempur Pedic mattress soon! We’ll definitely be back!

We are currently shopping for a new mattress bedframe. The staff were very helpful answering our questions and showing us options.
