We worked with Julie in designing our entire new home. She is knowledgable about the latest in design and finishes. Also provided great advice about the appropriate fixtures and supplies based on the space in our new home. We would highly recommend working with Julie at First Supply in Appleton.

We started a project a couple years ago to add a cafe to our bike shop. After many problems and delays with our contractor I spoke with Julie L. at Gerhard's. She designed an awesome space for us with incredible products. I can honestly say that we wouldn't be open for business if it weren't for Julie and I will be forever grateful. Even more, it's beautiful!

I have been working with Kohler on a warranty issue, my new kitchen sink chipped. They contacted Garhard's to explain that while my sink was not bought there Kohler would fully reimburse them for executing the sink replacement. I received instructions from Kohler to contact Gerhard's and Kohler even provided me with a letter outlining this and that Kohler would pay for the sink. I just called, the woman who answered basically asked me if I purchased the sink from them when I said no, it was bought online. She rudely, told me they would not take the hit on this and that Kohler doesn't get it and then she hung up on me. She did not give me a change to tell her that no they would not be "taking the hit" on this before she hung up. Lovely...
