So while asking Hunter in the appliance department if a dishwasher needed any other parts or accessories I get a resounding "no". Unfortunately after he looked it up, even, I come to find I need 3 three parts. Maybe he is new, I'll take that. I hope it's not a lack of care on his part.

Do NOT use Lowe’s for any type of home improvement project or anything similar. Literally the worse experience I have ever had with a company in my entire life. We paid Lowe's upfront (we will never make that mistake again) to build a deck. This was supposed to be done within a three month time frame at the latest. Now the completion date is a year out and with all of headaches and excuses we have finally decided to cancel the order and will have to finish the deck ourselves. Even though they never actually finished the deck and we have huge rocks on our driveway and missing/damaged boards they still are not refunding it. The customer service and “arbitration” process is just a slap in the face. I could seriously write pages about this experience. Do yourself a HUGE favor and just stay away from Lowe’s.

People in the receiving dept extremely inept, lazy, and slow. Between having no respect for the time and schedules of delivering trucks, joyriding on lawn mowers, and carelessness in toppling items off the trailer while unloading, I have to give a legit thumbs down for this lot. One of the worst stores I’ve ever delivered to.

Helpful salesperson and surprisingly saved money vs competitors on a kitchen appliance package.

I like the selection of appliances to pick from...customer service on the other hand is less than desired. I purchased installation for several of my appliances and it has been less than desirable. I do not recommend any purchases from Lowe's Oshkosh!
