Bought a washer, had to wait a week for delivery even though a sign in the store started next day delivery on in stock items (they had 10 in stock I was told). Was supposed to be delivered Wednesday when I called they said tomorrow. I had to work that day so I gave them my sons number to call for delivery time. They called my phone twice and left messages saying that I would have to reschedule because I didn't answer. I called them on my break telling them they where supposed to call my son ...they said they would deliver later that day, but again called my phone and left a sarcastic voice mail. Then called my son and delivered the washer. They left water on my basement floor and puddles of water on my basement steps. I was not very impressed. I called and spoke to a manager and she said she would "speak to the delivery team"

We ordered a new fridge and during payment they stated they would contact me later in the week to set up delivery. They never called or emailed and I called to find out my delivery had been setup for today Thursday and they would call with a 2 hour window the night before. The night before they called and left a message with no time so again I had to call. I was told between 1100-0100 pm for delivery. I called at 130 pm to be told it would be around 3pm now and then with no call or updates called again after 4pm and was told they had no idea where the delivery drivers were. This will be the first and last time we order an appliance from Lowe's of this is the standard for their delivery and customer services.

Staff was okay. Busy but treated me with respect and were eager to get me on with my day even though it took 10 min to get the help that was needed.

Great variety a little pricey.

I've had nothing but quality products and service. Maybe I'm the exception but I really like Lowes. Plus they they deliver up to Green Bay. We ordered a fire table and chairs last year great delivery no damages. Picked up a new weed trimmer today and am satisfied with their prices. You do have to shop around so you're not always going to get the lowest price here but that's just being a smart shopper.
