I have generally been pleased when purchasing in the store. My first on-line experience has been a major disappointment. Received an e-mail after the purchase indicating that I would be provided a 2 hour window the night prior. It didn't happen. I called and then said that another part of the e-mail indicated the night prior of the morning of. I didn't get notification the morning of either. I called and they said that they think maybe between 12 and 2. There are many places to purchase appliances. I won't buy another from Lowe's.

Lowes is great. Sometimes they get backed up at the register which would be fine if they opened their self check-out registers. Otherwise great

Went to Lowe's today to get yellow flowers for a planter. Found some right away, looked healthy. In and out in 10 minutes. Everyone was very nice.

Lowes staff gets a standing ovation from me! I forgot to take my $40 cash withdrawal after my purchace 3 days ago. I went in today and they discovered the mistake and rectified it by handed me $40 cash. Thanks for your honesty and understanding Lowes staff.

This Lowe's is excellent! Very clean, well organized, and fully socked every time I've needed something. The times I wanted something they didn't carry they have a huge catalogue you can order from or their even willing to find it online and order it in and match the price with no shipping fee. They deliver too! Their employees are well versed in their selected departments and are very knowledgeable. I've always been very impressed with Lowe's stores as I've lived in many states. I prefer Lowe's over Menards for all my needs.
