Kerns came out to take measurements for my business, and the salesman said he would send me a link for carpeting options. A week later I asked him for the link, and he essentially told me to Google it, and he would send me a link later. It's been nearly three weeks now and I'm still waiting for it, and have not had any replies to my emails.

Efficient shopping experience. Michael and the rest of the team were helpful. We had our product ordered, shipped, and installed just in time for the holidays. Installers were a bit late, but that can happen when scheduling jobs back to back.

The shopping experience was fine the install was awful. Cost me a king size head board. Installers smoking joints in driveway. Never had follow up phone call from store. i called manager...he said thank you for the feedback. Left the house a mess. Home depot was better experience than Kerns.
