What a great business model at this store! Always lots of friendly and helpful employees. I was able to get flooring and kitchen backs plash tile all in one stop. Thank you so much to Ally and the design team for sharing their time and talent with me. Ally you were a joy to work with and I feel so blessed to have been helped by you!

Compliments to Mary, Horacio, Rachel and Alexis @ Brookfield, WI store... they're the BEST! Worked with Mary on my design and selection, so friendly, helpful and full of ideas. Horacio is a wealth of knowledge and patience, answering our millions of questions. Rachel also provided a ton of information and Alexis is the smiling, sweet young lady who took my thousands of dollars!! Thanks to all, we're working toward a beautiful new master bathroom.

Really terrible customer service. Ordered a special order over a month ago. It was supposed to be a two week wait. After 3 weeks I called and they said it would be in the next day and someone would give me a call. Waited another week, still no call, so I call back and this time they tell me they 'have no idea what is going on' with my order. They said a manager would call me to further discuss my order and guess what, I'm still waiting on a call... at this point I will probably have to push back our remodel with our contractor which could end up costing me an additional $1200! Just terrible!!!

Ordered tile from on line, and it stated we could pick up in the store the next day. It said we would get an email when it was ready for pick up. Next day, no email. I emailed them the following day. They replied saying that regardless of what it said on line, they did not have enough in the store. It said if I had further questions I should call Customer service. I called, left call back number, and never got a call back. Emailed store again, and asked to know when I would be able to pick the tiles up. The return email said they would check, and then again, nothing, and another day passes. It is hard to understand how a store can stay in business with such poor customer service.

I knew going in that the selection was going to be great but I was most concerned with finding the right assistance. That concern was quickly taken care of as we worked with Veronica. She helped us every step of the way and we are so thankful for her, thanks again Veronica!
