Carpetland USA Glendale

We used Carpetland USA in Glendale for several installations and one removal only. Always courteous, guys clean up after the job, John has been very helpful. Prices are good for the quality you select.

Our service experience was HORRIBLE with Carpetland Glendale. Couldn't get the right carpet for the right rooms straight, installers showed up for wrong install, didn't order enough carpet to finish the job so now we have a half complete staircase... the fiasco continues. Staff in the office was rude and unapologetic when we called to address.

We had a great experience. We were on time crunch and they made it happen. The quality of the carpet is great. You can't see the seems at all. The store on Silver Spring was great. Everyone was very helpful. The installers were very nice and respectful. Everything turned out great.

I built my house a few years ago and used carpetland for all of my flooring and backsplash decor. Their rep was awesome, the product was excellent quality and the customer service was second to none. I would recommend Carpetland to everyone. Thank you Carpetland!

Very disappointed, dissatisfied and disgruntled with the installation and the customer service of the manager. My work order called for carpet installation in 5 bedrooms, 2 hallways, 2 sets of stairs, and a mudroom to be completed on Monday and Tuesday. 1ST POINT OF CONTENTION The installer put carpet in the LL bathroom which caused him to run out of carpet. So the manager calls me while I'm at work and very busy stating my husband told them to put carpet in the bathroom can we split the costs to purchase more carpet, and rushing me to a decision? Later that evening after talking with my husband I find out he never told the guy to put carpet in the bathroom, so now I feel like I've been conned -2ND POINT OF CONTENTION. 3RD POINT OF CONTENTION Neither set of stairs could be completed- one set of stairs because a stair needed repairing and the other set could not be completed because they ran out of carpet. BUT the installer left all these nails and tacks sitting up in the stairs for us to rip open our feet! It TOOK my husband 2 hours to pull all of the nails out!!! 4TH POINT OF CONTENTION: My husband took off work Monday and Tuesday and had the stairs repaired Monday night, my son worked from home on Wednesday no one showed up to lay the carpet on the stairs until Friday after we called on Thursday. 5TH POINT OF CONTENTION: While bringing in the carpet the installers scratch up our newly painted walls and wood work, when asked about it they stated Carpetland should have told us to expect to have the paint scratched up. WHAT!!! That's what we should expect, REALLY!!! 6TH POINT OF CONTENTION: Okay so we brought all of this information to the manager he stated once everything is completed lets revisit the issues to discuss how we will resolve. So we refrained from rating the business because we know things happen and the salesperson told us whenever there is a problem Carpetland resolves it. So we refrained, truthfully I wanted to resolve these issues because I like my carpet and we wanted to purchase more carpet for our rental, living room and basement. But when we called today the manager John had a whole different tune and it was not one of customer service and reconciliation. So if you're looking for carpet expect for your walls to get scratched up, for the men not to follow the work order and cause you to order more carpet, which will delay the completion your job. IF THERE IS A RESOLUTION I'LL LET YOU KNOW.
