I convinced my wife that Home Depot was a great company and would be a good choice to install new carpet in our home. We had the carpet installed Thursday 5/10/18. The installer did not complete the job. There was holes in the carpet, the room threshold coverings were not reinstalled that the installers removed, and carpet nails/staples were left exposed at doorways. We were told the installer that was there claimed he did not have the tools needed to reinstall this, and had already called his management and the right person was on his way. No one ever came back, so we called Home Depot and was promised they would call a crew out there. No one ever came Thursday, so we called the store first thing Friday 5/11/18 when they opened. Again we were told that someone would be out later this day. By 6pm, no one had come out, so we spoke with the store manager. He promised us he would send someone out first thing Saturday morning. Saturday by noon we hadn't heard anything. So again we call the store, the manager on duty this time stated he didn't know why we were promised this, they don't have crews that even work on Saturday, but he would get someone out Monday. The person that came out Monday could only fix one of the three issues, and left pulled nails all over the floor. We called the store again to find out when they other issues would be resolved. We now had to wait till 5/17 to have the next person out. On 5/17 they came out a 3rd time a week after the initial install, and inspected the work. They claimed it was a defect in our floors underneath, not the carpet, without even looking at it. Promised us they would look into and call us back. Now when we call, we are told that we kicked out the crew, and they will not work with us, and closed our case despite not being fixed.

After purchasing $6,000 in cabinets designed by Annie, the "Professional in Kitchen Design" my mother was told the design would not work in her kitchen and would have to purchase $2,000 in additional cabinets. Another kitchen designer at Home Depot, Eileen will admit the design is WRONG and WILL NOT WORK IN THIS KITCHEN but Annie blames the buyer, saying it is acceptable because the buyer wanted it completed quickly. Home Depot and the designer accept no responsibility for their mistakes. We have been very loyal Home Depot customers until now.

Very unhelpful! There recommended wall switches special order.... wrong switch.... called cust service to get info on correct switch.... sent wrong ones again.... then found out you cant use a wall switch.... thanks for waiting our time...

My father and I were looking for a new lawn mower. The staff was on the ball and was there too help myself and my father with any questions. I've been to other Home Depot stores and I was quite impressed. I would definitely recommend this location to others. We visited this Home Depot I'm probably the busiest weekend of the year Memorial Day weekend 2018.
