Wish I had seen the reviews before I spoke with Don Luke. The guy has dozens of lawsuits against him and it is easy to see why. He's a liar and a thief.

OMG - I hired them to do work on a duplex in Milwaukee. I paid them over $8100 to get the place ready for renters. At first everything went well then everything fell apart. They didn't finish more than 80% of the work. They sent photos to show progress but when we went into the upper unit we discovered holes in the walls and absolutely nothing was done. They had sent us photos of the other unit saying they were of the upper unit and needed to be paid for it. Additionally, they didn't do work that the city had said to do resulting in fines and they threw all the construction debris in the yard resulting in another fine from the city. Total fines were nearly $1000 due to the city. They admit they didn't do the work and still refuse to pay us back for work not completed. DO NOT USE THEM THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND NEVER COMPLETED THE WORK.

These guys are fantastic. When I called Don (the owner) He was polite, he thoroughly answered my questions & gave me a good deal. Don was on site to supervise his two awesome employees who were also very polite & I could tell they were enjoying their work, which is refreshing. These folks did a solid job. They took their time and did it right. Our carpet is soft & durable. You can't beat the price.

Don Luke DBA Preferred Flooring DBA D and D Flooring are the absolute worse to do business with. Don does not show for jobs when scheduled. He does not return calls or texts. His voicemail is full on purpose and states "he cannot accept messages" because he doesn't want to deal with the abundance of customer complaints. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend any of his companies to ANYONE!

Crook, con artist, flim flammer, devious....just a couple words that describe Don Luke. He is as crooked as they come and i feel horrible for anyone unlucky enough to fall prey to this deviant.
