It was warm and friendly. The check out young lady was very friendly and welcoming. I had a very good experience there, even though I was with someone who had to b there, it was nice.

I just love this place. Even though in not a home owner yet. I always find a reason to go there but it has to be on a day that I don't have to be anywhere else because I can go in there and stay for hours.

My son had a nasty plugged sewer lateral. We needed a power drain snake to roto root it out. It was Wednesday night (Aug 1) at approximately 8:00pm. Because of the outstanding help and guidance of the gentleman at the rental center, we safely and successfully, operated the power snake machine and got the plug out. I did not get his name, but he deserves special recognition for his excellent customer service! Rick H. Moritz

At the time I went, talked to a guy who made me feel as if he were playing dumb because he was so indifferent to either me,his job,or both.Home Depot store experience sucks every time.I told myself, just didn't listen,to go to a tried and true player, Menard's.You know he's the richest man in Wisconsin for a reason? Where else can you go to buy furniture, food, power equipment, tools, appliances, batteries and just about everything else you can think of? Now,giving credit where credit is due,Home Depot' online experience has always been, even recently, top notch. But they really do need to change they're drab brick and mortar image!

This isn't my favorite Home Depot, but there are some great people that work there. A gentleman with gray hair and I'll be electrical department helped me out and was very knowledgeable! I wish I knew his name.
