Amazed at the ease of the whole transaction. Loved that they came to my house with a streamlined, appealing selection of samples, as opposed to the overwhelming amount of choices in flooring stores. They explained the process, next steps, etc., very well. The communication was great from start to finish. Install dates were honored, the installer was on time and ours in particular, Jason, was tremendous. The company follow-up actions to ensure my satisfaction were great too!! I have no doubt that if I'd had an issue, which I didn't, they would have made it right. I highly recommend this company overall. I'll try to add some photos next time I'm home.

My Experience with Floor Covering International was great! I felt like they treated my home as if it was their own. Laura was a Fabulous coordinator that responded to text very timely. I just moved into my home with my daughter a week before Labor Day Weekend and she made it their mission to get everything done before school started without sacrificing quality. Felix was the contractor that took care of the work and he was very approachable, knowledgeable and did a fabulous job. Barry completed the quarter round on Labor Day! Amazing! He even took the time to call in a different product that would look better instead of using the stuff on hand (it needed to be thicker in one of the bedrooms), I really appreciated that. Just realize that any project you start will run into situation that need to be taken care of, and this company knew how to treat a customer and did everything that needed to be done without hesitation! Last but not least, my floors look amazing!

Our experience with Floor Coverings International was great. Dave came to the house after Barry, the installer, was finished and took his shoes off. I laughed a little, then realized, what better way to tell if there were issues with a floor then bare feet. We walked around the house and talked about the flooring to see if there were any issues. I would hire this company again and recommend it to anyone wanting a new floor.

I tried to do it myself and it was taking forever for me just to do the prep work (which I never finished by the way). So I did a Google search and found Floor Coverings International on line, called their number and in a day Laura came to my house , reviewed my project and helped me select a floor covering. She came back with a proposal to complete the work at a reasonable cost. We selected a flooring that was already in stock and the installer completed the job in one long afternoon, prep and all. The floor looks great - several compliments from friends. The best part is that the floor look like a professional installed it - something I realize that I could not have done. Jim Flynn

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Floor Coverings International in Oak Creek. We’re a family of four with two small children, so convenience and cost are very important factors for us. Dave came to our home with the “mobile showroom” and we were impressed from the get go. Not only was he VERY professional and knowledgeable, but the selection and quality were lgreat. Dave let us take our time to look and compare all the samples. We found exactly what we were looking for quicker than expected. We were given our price right away, which was very reasonable! We also had our tentative install date set up within 24 hours of meeting. All while never having to drag our two little kids out of the house! Install day came, and was completed ( again, while we were in our home, living our normal schedule) in an impressively quick time. They completed both jobs (new living room carpet and a new bathroom floor) in record time, but they did not sacrifice quality in the process. No detail was overlooked. Not only were we impressed with the quality of product and service, but communication (email, text, and phone calls) was excellent and timely! Any questions I had were answered very quickly. We loved our experience with Floor Coverings International, Oak Creek. Highly recommend.
