I work there so its a great place my co-workers are great and you can find many quality products here and they help out in the community.

Everything here is always as expected, never more and never less. Things are kept well stocked at this location so you know what you are going to get will be in stock when you arrive typically. If not there are 2 other home improvement stores within 3 blocks. With that said each of these stores has their own special area's where you can get certain things cheaper.

I am supremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I've received. I was not told at any point during the flooring measuring process that I would have to remove any tile flooring myself and yet the person I just spoke to told me I would. I would not have paid for a measurement that is now useless because I am not going to remove the tile in order to get carpeting installed.

Very understaffed. I wandered around looking for a product OR a member of the staff who could help me find that product. I found neither. I went all the way back to the front to ask a cashier who had no idea what I was asking about so she calls for assistance on the phone. She hangs up and tells me maybe check isle 9. I wandered again in and around isle 8, 9, and 10 just to get frustrated and leave. I went to Menards was helped almost immediately. Found and bought just what I needed very quickly and without irritation.
