We are thrilled with how our floors turned out! Their service was extremely professional and we were so thankful that they were able to fit us into their schedule so quickly! We worked with Jesse (who provided our estimate) and John (who re-sealed the floors)--great guys! We will certainly be recommending them to others and will come back here for any future flooring needs!

We had Sandmasters refinish our floors prior to moving in and they did a beautiful job! I didn't like the existing color of the floors so Mark came out to show me some different stain colors. He gave me a number of options based on what I told him I liked and disliked. He was very patient while I took my time making a decision. Since we were moving from out of state, we couldn't be there to oversee the work so Matt sent a few pics of the work in progress and then kept me up to date as far as the changes to the schedule. From beginning to end, I am very pleased with the team's (Matt, Mark and Jesse) management, dedication, timeliness, and workmanship. Thank You!!

Everything was wonderful - from initially coming to our home to provide a quote and arriving right on time, to the finished product and everyone who worked on our home being professional, courteous, and well-trained. They showed up on time, told me what they were going to do and when they would be done, and answered any concerns I had. They gave great tips on how to keep our new floor looking it's best, and the completed work was flawless.
