I've used CTW for multiple projects and have always been pleased with the results. Great installers, efficient turnaround from quote to completion. I work in the trades and value them highly as a partner.

This is the first time I have used CTW flooring and carpeting and I know after the experience I had with them it won't be the last. I called because I was having problems I needed resolved with reference to my bathroom flooring. It had been a month since this problem arose. I called CTW and within a week from the people that answered the phone to Andrew who was the sales associate, they took care of everything for me. I spoke with Andrew and he came that very night before they shut down for the evening to get everything set up and done for me. In less than a week they finished doing what they needed to do to repair my bathroom flooring. Jacob and Josh who came to do the work were absolutely wonderful. They did an awesome job and are very skilled workers. I searched for almost a month to find somebody and all I got was no returned phone calls and a lot of grief. No one seemed to be able to help me or do anything for me. They were all extremely busy, but CTW came through and without them I may not have been able to get this resolved until after the holidays or sometime in February. This company is excellent. Anybody that needs work done they're the ones to call. Thank you CTW. You truly care about people and helping people as soon as you can with any issues that they may have.
