Great folks! Got vinyl flooring install scheduled & installed within a week. Young man installing went above and beyond .He took an ugly basement room and made it beautiful .We removed layer beneath & prepared floor as much as possible for this .We will always use them. Thanks everyone!

I love this establishment! Not only family owned but operated, from store to install! The ladies that work in the store are so helpful! They ask you what you need, what are looking for and whats your budget. They make sure you look at more than one color, pattern and or textures. They make sure you take samples home! They want you to be happy with your purchased and make sure it looks good from ceiling to floor. That it will match your wood working and painted walls. The installers are very professional in there install and respectful of your home and property. If you have questions about what they are doing and how they are doing they will take the time to answer any of them. They are also extremely flexible. They have done 2 big jobs for me remodeling houses and have nothing but accommodating and helpful in every way they could! Thank you Schnornberg's!!! I will use you again and again!

Unfortunately, I hadn’t found Matt and used a different installer. Matt was the one who fixed all of the mistakes... He did do my base and shoe. Within the next year I will be reflooring parts of my upstairs. I will definitely use Matt and his team for that job. Thank you Matt and your team!!!

Terrible customer service by Matt. Had carpet installed in bedroom and after they were done went to inspect and there was chipped paint around the bottom 12” of wall throughout entire room. Drywall seams were cracked in 2 places and a big scratch down one of the corners. When brought to Matt’s attention he told us he stands by his installers and the room must’ve been in that condition before install. Also extremely rude about the whole thing. Will not be back and would never recommend to anyone.

Had schnorenberg install new vinyl tiles and carpeting in November. The guy who installed the metal carpet strip had hammered it down to much and split the new vinyl tile. Just hope the tile doesn’t split across the whole tile. Reported this to them when I went in to pay off the bill. Text them a picture and have yet to hear anything. The lady I texted the picture to didn’t seem like she really cared at all. Probably gave me the wrong phone number. (Guess it’s not an urgent issue to them) However, they deposited my $5k pretty quick though.... Another issue is the staples they used for the iron poly board were too long. These staples shot through the plywood sub floor, which shot plywood pieces all over my basement. There were a couple other issues that I didn’t complaint about, cause I didn’t want to sound like a whining customer. They forgot to cut out an air vent. (Not a big deal). Another problem was one of the installers broke the foot on the dishwasher, that did cost me $30 to fix. Not sure what they did, but the dishwasher was even disconnected from the brackets. All I know is the upstairs carpeting will be done by another company. On a positive note, the sales lady that helped was very helpful. I do like the flooring too. No call back from me because I’m pissed about everything and don’t want anything else screwed up!
