Home Depot overall is an excellent store! They have a great selection of quality products for any Home Improvement project you may have going on. Also they are extremely easy to deal with on returns which is great when you do a lot of projects. Thank you so much for your help we will be back!

I love the home Depot. I can almost always find help at this location and they will even help take the item out to your car if it's bulky. I have used pickup here several times and it is fast and painless, as are returns.

I'm always unimpressed with the Home Depot. The people that work there seem like they want to avoid you at all costs and the quality of their Lumber is below dismal. Every time I go there it's only because there are no other options. The only good thing is that they have a good selection of tools, but unfortunately the trouble of having to deal with the employees working there always leads me to shop elsewhere.

I will not be renting tools from here again. The staff that runs the tool rental department is not helpful, is generally unpleasant and it seems like they just want to get you out of the building as soon as possible. I suggest driving the extra 15 minutes to the Home Depot in Waukesha where they try to help you with the equipment and ensure that you have the right tool for the job.

I hate shopping, especially "Big Box" hardware stores. More specifically, any Home Depot! This one is no difference! Nobody knew where the specific tool was. Not some rare "Schmeglehoper!" But a simple " box cutter!" Sent to three corners of the store at the diffraction off a different "ASSociate! Each claiming they knew "exactly where they were!" NOT! Considering buying lumber? Do not under any circumstances consider ANY HOME DEPOT. Inferior quality. Should you be able to take the time to sort through racks of lumber, to locate the few pieces that are not warped, or "culled," uncles you cut, flute, screw,or nail the materials to something substantial, these too will warp. Why? In order for Home Depot to save a buck, the wood is not completely kiln dried to industry standards. While still containing too much moisture, the wet wood is tightly bundled, & shipped. Upon arrival, the wood is "unbundled" as needed. Once unbundled, the wood begins to dry, it WILL warp since there is no weight to keep the lumber straight. Look up your local "lumber supplier" and ask if their materials are kiln dried to industry standards! Around South East Wisconsin, I prefer "Bliffert Lumber." They've been around decades longer than any "Big Box," & have a well earned reputation for quality, experience, & a wide selection of quality lumber. Especially hard to find decorative trim & moldings for your on-siteinside inside or outside projects. Sometimes I'm stuck needing something & any quality supplier is more than an hour trip, & it just can't wait. Home Depot & their only slightly better competitor, Menards, is the only choice. Each venture even more disturbing than the one before! Time to just say NO!
