Pleasant place to get what you need and then some. Knowledgeable staff available and seem willing to help if you need help. Prices are about as reasonable as is realistic. You usually get what you pay for and haven't been disappointed in the 50 years I've been dealing with them.

I got charged twice for several items because the lady could not hear the scanner beep. When I returned for my refund and informed management they acted like it was normall. So check your bill before leaving the store!!

We wanted to buy a folding wagon we stopped at the service desk to find out where they were. We were told by someone in a dress shirt and dress pants. He told us by the basketball hoops. We looked by the basketball hoops and did not see them. My husband asked another employee where the wagons were located she showed us. When my husband said that a man at the service desk told us that they were by the basketball hoops. The employee responded " we have so many items in the store it's hard to know where everything is. Really? How hard would it have been to walk us back there? If you work at a store you should be familiar where your products are located. I know that when I shopped at Home Depot the customer service was better I know where I will be shopping from now on.
