Is there a negative value star I can give this product? My floor creaks and is very unstable with humidity. Yet their dealer sold it to me as a floor that could be used in a high humidity climate. Of course they wanted to say it was installation but we had a professional do it. They sent an inspector who made comments on areas she could not even visualize. $2100 down the drain. DO NOT BUY THEIR ENGINEERED WOOD PRODUCTS.

Our builder installed this floor in our new home. After 9 months, it started chipping and peeling and soon our floor was full of splinters! After MULTIPLE attempts, the company would not respond and finally our builder offered to replace it. They replaced it with the same product and here we are not even 1 year later with the same thing happening! Do not do business with a company that will not stand behind their product!

Great quality flooring - it's been installed in our house in every possible room as we are from central Wisconsin and wanted local, made in the US products. We have had no fading issues, and the staff is very pleasant
