Experience, knowledge, and value all wrapped into one! We have used Duralum for 3 projects that were very specific in nature. What are the best options for a power wheelchair bound individual? On each instance, we found we had options, and salespeople with experience and knowledge of materials and durability. We took comfort In knowing our situation was not their first experience with this. Our most recent experience utilized materials not available at the time of the first two projects. Yes, materials/technology in flooring changes. And, all for the better! Each project was completed well within the budgets we had established, and we never experienced any "surprises". Another important plus. After the last project, I had someone ask me about material price, as they knew someone who purchased their vinyl planks through a big box store. The material costs were better at Duralum. That is always reassuring to hear. Project #2 started with a picture from an advertisement -- we wanted a floor like that of the picture. We took the picture to Duralum, and had options of color choices in very little time. To this day (over 10 years now), we still receive compliments! What better way to get "the look you want"? Consult with an experienced professional! Check out their pictures on Facebook. Even better, view their work at a home show, as we did last summer. If you watch home improvement shows on TV, you have seen the porcelain tiles that look like wood. Duralum brought the whole look together with carpeting and the tile. We know where to go for our next project!

My husband and I own a restoration company in town and we have worked with Troy and his staff at Duralum on several projects. They make it easy. They are knowledgeable and offer great guidance to the customer throughout their decision making process. I would recommend Duralum Carpets as we have always had a great experience working with them.

The staff is excellent to deal with, lot of choices for carpeting, they take the time to explain the differences in materials/quality, installation turned out excellent, and timeline from when we picked out our carpeting to when it was installed was excellent!! I'll definitely be using them again for future projects! Thanks again Troy and your staff at Duralum!!

Duralum has been a huge asset to myself personally, professionally for over 20 years with many of my projects and endeavors. Troy like any great owner would and in my cases, has been very hands on when it has come to timetables, cost and above all quality of goods. In my experience they have always stood being their workmanship, and i personally can't say anything but positive remarks.
