Don's is absolutely the worst flooring contractor in Casper. Their installers are slow, lazy, don't care, and show up late. We were promised it would take ten days and we are now looking at three weeks. Way too large of a project for them. I guess if you have a 10 by 10 bedroom, they might be able to handle. Sad thing is the owner doesn't seem to care either.

I cannot say enough about the AMAZING service I received at Don's! After making the BIGGEST MISTAKE of thinking I could save money using a chain store that offers "free installation" I went to Don's.... What do you know? Measured, purchased, installed within a few weeks AND the same price as the other place. I am ashamed for not going to Don's first! I will NEVER make that mistake again! Craig was OVER THE TOP with service, kindness and quality.

This place is the one-stop source for floors. I had no idea what I wanted, if it was carpet tiles for an entertainment room, laminate for the house, hardwood etc. they gave me cost effective and tailored bids to meet my needs and were extremely fair. Of all the places in town to get flooring done, it seems these person-person interactions are becoming harder and harder to find. Craig's a master and all the help was much appreciated. Our house now feels like a home because of the strings they pull to get work done. Thanks Don's!

Love doing business with these guys. Not a person on staff that couldn't be more trusted or professional. Don's Mobile Carpet is the best interior store in Casper.
