So far, not a good experience. I was told if I came over on the same day to pay, I'd get a big discount. So I did, they cashed the check the same day, which I was fine with. I setup the date for installation on a Saturday two weeks after that day. I called three days ahead to make sure it was going to be done as my wife and I had to get a hotel room for the night. We came back the day after it was supposed to be done and no work had been completed. We had not received a call or e-mail. It is now two days after the supposed installation. They called and said it would be done today. It is 3:10pm and they just informed me only one room would be done, they'd have to come back tomorrow. Oh, and nobody is here...and the house is a wreck, which is great considering we have a 6 week old baby and a 2 year old. So far, I have not enjoyed this experience at all and wish I had paid more money to get Carpet One to do the install.

I hired this company to recarpet four rooms in my new home. I hired them because they said they could make a specific timeline. Not only did they fail to meet the timeline but every day for a week after they gave me a different excuse and date. They didn't know how to communicate their issues with me and left me hanging costing me money and time. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody.
