We were a little concerned due to dealing with their staff in Toronto, they're a bit dry, plus the reviews on here but the guys showed up on time, were very organized and honestly I've never seen two men work this hard and efficiently in my life. A fantastic experience, thank you!

I ordered carpet from Home Depot and had the invoice sent and everything was ready to go. What we thought was going on apparently we were wrong. From the lady we spoke to in the store to the person who arrived to install, everyone had a different story. We bought because of a "Sale" we thought we would get. The installer showed up and notified us that we were not getting the sale as we didnt have enough carpet to buy (you had to have a certain amount which we werent told about upon initially setting this up) Ok well that is a set back but we still need the carpet so might as well right. We did the measuring on a Friday and were told by Monday we would have an answer to have it installed. We told the installer that the lady at Home depot told us that once it was measured for what we needed and payed for that we would have carpet within 7-10 business days (that was selling point number two for us) We were then informed again that that was wrong information given to us. Ok well what are we looking at for wait times? Oh could be a couple weeks! Not impressed here we go. So Monday comes by and no word about our carpet. Tuesday we call in and no word yet. No one knows whats going on and we have to wait. Wednesday comes finally we get answer. They schedule us in for the 24. Install day comes and they should be here between 8am and 10 am He shows up at 930am and is completely out of line. Upset about how he cant park in the residence parking spots, blaming me for not having a spot for him when I wasnt told to, telling me I clearly dont understand what he does and talking down to me where I tell him he doesnt need to speak to me like that. He was verbally and mentally abusive. He then tells me to go find someone else to install my carpet and takes off with my property in his car. This is theft! I call him he doesnt answer, I call into the Home Depot (unaware of who is installing at this point) They are trying to fix the situation they say and wanted me to have him come back.. No sorry not happening. I will not have an abusive man in my home when I am a woman and alone. Unacceptable! So I go to Home Depot myself as calling in is doing nothing and I sit and wait to sort this out. I get ahold of someone at Advance Flooring and I must of told her 10 times about how the parking works and if you are a proper business with a logo on your company truck you can park in front of the building. But if not then no as you will get towed. She is still asking me about parking. We finish up our convo and then another person at Home Depot calls saying they cant do the install if theres no parking. OMG I just went over this with the other woman. So now we are back to not knowing if were getting installed. I ask to speak to the manager shes out. I get home and call in to let her know how upset I am and what happened. She basically chalks it up to "Ive heard his side of the story and he has worked here for years and we have never had an issue with him" So now I feel as if this is my fault for her having people like him going off of clients who just want to have what they payed for happen??? Unacceptable. I have never been treated this way before and to hae spoken to so many people and have it come down to the install guy leaving with my property I purchased ad verbally and mentally abusing me then the manager chalking it up to what she did, is NOT good customer service. I will NEVER use them again and that goes for either company! I am disgusted with how they treated me and being a business owner myself I could never dream of treating my clients that way. Use at your own discretion. Absolutely ridiculous! The only good thing out of all of this is carpet is getting installed now by two humble men. But on a side note she did say well you are getting it done now so that should be good? Advance Flooring no thank you!
