It's a good clean store!! They have a lot more options than Home Depot @ least I find! Wood is stored indoors which is amazing! The one problem they have is - you can't find one person to help you! You go searching for a worker and no one is on the floor!!!

Visited on a slow Sunday for some paint and paintstuffs. Great selection, good prices. No one staffing paint so it took a long time. Staff were scarce but friendly.

Last Friday I had the worst experience walking into the kitchen faucet department when I was trying to buy a kitchen faucet with my 73 yrs. old mom, we were the only customers there and waited a while for someone to ask us for help. There were two staff members there very close to where we were standing but they were busy with their own conversation, so I waited for the right time when they stopped and I asked if I could get some help...the two of them just looked at me and then looked away and totally ignored me. Then I said "who can I ask to help me?" and still being ignored so decided to walk to the next person who was available and looked like he was willing to help me and my mom out. Thank goodness he was a good staff member willing to help us, it's thanks to Jega Sivanadian that gave me a much better experience than what had just occurred. I was really upset that I was ignored, but thankfully Jega came to the rescue and showed me excellent customer service, respect and made me feel like a human being not like the people who ignored me for no reason. I was shocked to find out that the two staff members were managers! How do managers not know how to serve the customers that are in front of them and show respect? I had just walked into this same store last week to purchase a fridge and then back again to purchase a faucet, I really don't think I want to walk into this store again after that experience. Beware of June in the kitchen faucet department who will just give you a cold stare, but perhaps it all depends on how you look cause I can't think of any other reason. All the other staff I dealt with at Lowe's Danforth even in the fridge department the week before were really nice and professional.

Well organized store but the staff are tasked with a lot of separate jobs and may be called away in the middle of helping you.

The employees are helpful and courteous. They helped me find what I needed and it allowed me to get and out quickly so that I could get on with my day. Great service Great amount of stock. I’ve gone here several times now and they never disappoint me.
