GlossWorks Concrete Polishing & Coatings

Buyer Beware Initially we were pleased with the product and service provided by Glossworks for our driveway. However after the first year and an additional service and fee the following year (Grey Sealer and Superset Top Coat) we were basically ignored and finally dismissed. This was after 2 additional years of written reassurance they would repair it, but they were too busy and did not do the repair. From the General Manager Aug 22, 2016 - I reviewed this with my partner and we agreed to rectify this for you again. In the meantime, we also showed the photos to our supplier because one should expect to get more mileage out of the sealer product than that. He indicated that the possible cause is there may be moisture or effluorescence coming up from beneath the slab, forcing the sealer off in places. We have only had this happen to one other driveway of the hundreds we have done. Let's get it fixed up this year and keep an eye on it." May 10, 2017 Yes, your work order is in one of the earlier ones that will get done this summer. July 18, 2017 - This summer has turned out to be extremely booked up for us, however I can say that we have your work order is in our list of jobs that will get done this summer. Then after 3 years the General Manager indicated it was a problem with moisture and slab movement, which was put back on us for not disclosing, therefore no warranty! May 29, 2018 - Thanks for the photos. It appears the concrete below is rotting away possibly due to excess moisture under the slab which is not covered by our warranty." The unfortunate aspect of their response is that Glossworks are the professionals and at the original service and detailed inspection before doing the work and paying, we would have expected to be informed that the product would not last longer than a year or 2 and they would not honor their service or products. Specifically after providing confirmation that they would get it fixed.

Glossworks does a great job of concrete resurfacing and restoration!
