Had carpets installed in 5 rooms in our home in May, 2015 using the free installation deal offered by Lowe's. Cesar's sent Luis P. and Jose V. to do the work. At first, I wondered whether 2 men could complete the job in one day, but they did. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they worked. They did the whole job so professionally and beautifully that you cannot find a single flaw. More than that, they were polite and respectful of the homeowner, and were very quiet as they worked. A very good experience with Cesar's. Recommend them HIGHLY.

If you are looking for a professional job to be done, get Cesar's. Marcelo and his crew came over, removed all of my old carpeting and replaced with beautiful laminate flooring. All three of them were so hardworking and made my house into a beautiful home but one of the main things is, the attention they all made to the small details that really makes a job stand out. If you ever have the need for flooring, I definitely recommend this company. They deserve more than 5 stars!

They installed the carpet we purchased from Lowes several years ago. Carpet looked great, however there are now huge stretching issues, large lumps all over the place. Do not use Cesar’s for carpet install, their installation is faulty. My local Lowes said they no longer use them. Thank goodness.

Do NOT hire. We hired this company through contact Brian. They tiled our fireplace and within 2 weeks it was completely cracking and falling apart. They built out from our baseboards almost 1 1/2 inches, when I said I did not liked the way it looked the installer, Jesse, said we just needed to remove and put in a longer baseboard. About 1 week later we realized the fireplace grout was cracking everywhere. When I reached out to Brian with our concerns he said he would put our job on the schedule. Brian never did, he stopped answering our calls and texts. We then contacted their office and LONG story short they denied that our tile falling apart was their fault because we removed the baseboards that Jesse had instructed us to do!! Even though the job was less than 1 month old they said “their job was completed.”DO NOT HIRE! I wish I looked more into this company and read more reviews on them. I’m sure they will respond with more “it’s not our fault” pass the buck game. Horrible.

This company is nothing but headaches. They are contracted through Lowe’s. Was told when my floors were installed that they would be there in the morning and work all day. They showed up in the afternoon and were only there for 30mins- it was a waste of my day. They pulled stunts like this throughout the installation. Fast forward a year later when there was problems with the flooring- they confirmed the day before that they would be here between 9-11 and I told them I had an appointment at 12. Called the next day at 10 to make sure the driver was on the way and they confirmed -at 11 no one showed up. Called at 11 and was told the driver wouldn’t be there until 12. NOT OKAY. I wasted my morning for this joke of a company. They have no consideration for customers time.
